Terms of Use & Sale

About these terms

These terms apply to your use of lucasardenkits.store and to anything you buy through it. The site and the kits are published by Lucas Arden. By using the site or buying a kit, you agree to these terms.

Not professional advice

Our kits are general information for people in the United States. They are not legal, tax, insurance, financial or employment advice, and reading them does not create a lawyer-client or other professional relationship. State and local rules vary, and your situation may differ from the examples. Consult a qualified professional for advice about your circumstances.

If anything in a kit conflicts with your state or local agency, your insurer, your contract or your employer's policies, follow them.

Purchases

Kits are sold through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy's checkout terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are in US dollars. Delivery is digital: you receive a download link by email.

Refunds

Every purchase carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. The details are on our refunds page.

License

When you buy a kit, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the files for your own work and business. You may print copies and edit the templates for that use.

You may not resell, redistribute or publicly post the files, in whole or in part. The files remain © Lucas Arden.

Affiliate links

Some people who recommend our kits earn a commission when you buy through their link. It doesn't change the price you pay.

Accuracy and updates

The kits were written in 2026. We work to keep them accurate, but laws, prices, forms and agency procedures change. The kits are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you for anything related to the site or a kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
